Customer service is not about using a certain voice to make people feel a certain way. Its about connecting with the people you serve for them to feel comfortable with you and trust your work. When the staff has that idea but the doctor doesn't...I think I'm good. The nice ladies at the front are not the ones with their hands in my mouth. If you make me feel a certain way before any treatment...why would I want to come back...especially here.

A dentist who will lump in a cleaning with your new patient exam, not all dentists do that anymore. From appointment start time until I left the office, took 1.5 hours. Not bad for a new patient exam, plus cleaning, with a full waiting room. Dental hygienist and dentist were both kind, thorough, and thoughtful. Neither were overly aggressive in approach and, for the first time in 5-6 years, I'm a lot less stressed about going to the dentist (normally every 6 months for regular cleanings). Thank you!

I’m a fairly new patient at this office. I have had a complicated situation with my mouth in the past couple years that included orthodontics and jaw surgery. I have had past dental trauma so when I needed to find a new dental office, I was really scared. Dr. McDonald and his team, from the front desk staff to the Dental assistants, have been really wonderful so far. My hygienist, Maddy, is gentle and calming. I’ve had a couple cleanings with her and have felt supported and cared for. The Dental assistant, Amya has been really great as well. I had to have a crown and was extremely anxious about the appointment but she and Dr. McDonald were attentive and communicative throughout the appointment. I would highly recommend this office.

I appreciate Woods Lake Dental staff getting me into their office as soon as possible since I was experiencing severe pain due to a broken tooth. The staff were so kind and compassionate and hygienist completed the needed x-rays right away, and had me speak with the dentist. Dr. Spavor explained all my options in great detail which I greatly appreciated, and listened to all of my concerns, and recommended the best procedure for my situation. I can’t say enough of my positive experience at this dental clinic. Thank you,

I had my first appointment here yesterday to establish care, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I scheduled my visit to the time I arrived, the team was incredibly friendly, timely, and consistent with communication. My dental hygienist and the dentist were both amazing! So kind, professional, and thorough. They made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The X-rays were quick and easy, and I really appreciated how they explained everything they were doing step-by-step, which helped ease any nerves. Overall, such a positive experience. I’m actually looking forward to coming back for my next appointment!
